Hello, I was recently visiting a friend in SW Washington and we found this washed up along the Columbia River. I've searched high and low for information regarding this plant but can't seem to find anything. It is a very vigorous grower with new shoots appearing every day. Thanks! Frank Bulb detail. Carrot family, use the leaf shape to figure out which one (assuming it is native that feature should narrow it down pretty well).
