What is this plant?

    Both the images are of the same species. The second image is of the underside of the leaves is that helps at all. Each leaf is about 5-8mm in width.

    I found it growing on the ground in quite large clumps.
    It seems like it spreads quite well.

    I would be very grateful if anyone knew what this was.

    Possibly an Acaena species? Can you add some pics of the whole plant?
