What is this plant?

    white one looks sort of like Antennaria
    yellow one might be a Sedum

    A variety of auricula primrose; NB - there are a couple of spent flowers still showing.

    And the other creeping one is probably Sedum acre. Both are fairly commonly grown in these parts.
