what is this plant

This plant i found growing on my patio in SE england - it has large leaves, larger white trumpet shaped flower which then produce green spikey seed pods, which are full of white seeds. I have never seen anything like this before - probably seeded by birds.........can anyone help?

 

Jimson Weed.Seeds are poisonous.
