Identification: What is this plant? Is it bad for my cats?

    Plants were left to me by the landlord, and I have no idea what this one is - but my cats love nibbling on it. Anyone know what it is?

    King sago palm yes. Looks like yours needs a bit more light.
    Dunno about the cat thing, but so far as I know the palm is not poisonous.
