    Hi,
It's definitely a Dracena (deremensis pehaps?) I've attached a photo of lemon lime for comparison. The lemon lime variation seems to be exceedingly slow growing. Standard forms of deremensis show a variance of white/cream/green variegation and don't bare the striking lime green leaf margin.
    Hope this helps....

I agree with Chris, Dracaena fragrans 'Lemon Lime', deremensis is now a synonym

So does that make Dracena deremensis D fragrans? I was thinking that the plain variegated ones such as Janet Craig were just a variation of deremensis?
We were still buying D. deremensis from wholesale suppliers. Is it a case of Baeckea becoming Babbingtonia but not everyone has made the change?

My understanding is that Dracaena deremensis is now Dracaena fragrans. So Dracaena deremsis 'Warneckii' is now D fragrans ' Warneckii'. Thats my understanding anyway...It was bought up a little while ago on this forum, sorry can't find the link. Wholesale suppliers are probably unaware of the changes, which won't be the first time ; )
