Hello, I got this plant from a neighbor who had it for 11 years. Its leaves are curling up a bit. I don't know if I am over or underwatering it. I also want it taller not wider, can I re pot it? It looks like the ones in my lobby but they are really tall and happy. Any advice would be appreciated.
looks like a Schefflera. I would say that given its location and the time of year it is likely too close to the sliding door and may be a bit chilly. especially if the door gets opened once in a while. To get it taller, you can only wait. Staking a leaf stalk would be a temporary solution but wont get the main stem taller any time soon.
