I found it sprouting up in a planter and transplanted into a little pot. Does anyone know what it might be?

( Growing in Burbank, CA - Los Angeles Area )

I couldn't find anything like it in the area

Look around for possible parent plant near planter.

It's a small planter with one Queen Palm growing in the middle of a walkway. I am peeping over my neighbor's place and they just have Magnolias ( well the whole street is filled with Magnolias- hence Magnolia Blvd ). But so far it's not like any plant that I've seen around here.
Maybe some bird dropped it but I just want to see if it's worth keeping and growing :)

Oh and I'm pretty sure I'll be coming here to ask what the "parent" plant is too...
