Identification: What is this hanging succulent?

    At least it seems like a succulent. Bought it years ago at Pier One, they called it Pele's Fire, but I can't find any corroboration for that and in fact a different plant seems to go by that name. When it blooms, they are small, yellow, scentless flowers at the end of the tips. We just repotted it, many of the little sections are kind of dry and pekid. My wife thinks it's dying, I think it's just resting.

    Looks like Hatiora salicornioides, Drunkard's Dream.
