Looks like a Saxifraga. There are so many of these rockery Saxifragas that it is difficult to be sure from a pic. I agree 100% with Silver Surfer, I have the same pant in my garden and should be blooming any day now. I find it amazing how the same flowers can grow in different gardens around the world
