Hello everyone, I went to a greenhouse Friday and while I was looking around, noticed an odd-looking plant I had never seen before. It was in the very back with a bunch of other wierd plants. I took the most interesting one to the front desk and asked if it was for sale. The manager said he had been trying to grow it since last fall and it had remained the same, so i could have it. He didn't know what it was, either. He only knew it was from Home Depot and it was a succulent. Well, I took it home and looked it up on the web, and found out it was a Lavender Pebble, and that they are also rare (is that true?) Since then, two leaves have fallen off. I've watered it, and the leaves have become more firmly attached to its stem. But how do I take care of it? How often do I water it? (etc, etc.) I'm repotting it as soon as I can, getting it a new pot and soil today. Here is a picture if you need it. Thanks!
That is Graptopetalum amethystinum. Grow like a jade plant. Give it full sun or good light, light easily draining soil (cactus mix) and it should grow slowly for you.
