What is the name of this plant?

    Can anyone help me I have a plant that I would like to move but I dont know how it will do in full sun. Or if it will harm my dogs if they happen to nibble it.
    It gets a nice sized blue flower on it when the stems grow they drop down to the ground and spread out.

    I dont know what kind it is.So I can't research it....can anyone help me
