What is the name of this plant. Thanks

Saw this outside a local restaurant. Looks like it might attract humming birds.

 

Hibiscus rosa-sinensis. Some sources say it does attract hummingbirds, although the plant itself is not native to the americas.

 

Thank you. Do you think it will do well in southern NH? I saw these in northern MA and they were thriving in pots on a patio.

 

It should do fairly well in southern NH (compared to northern MA there should be no cultural differences either: out for the summer and indoors for the winter).
