what is it ???

    I was sitting by the window when I noticed these like stringy webs here and there on my ponderosa with these itsy tiny red dots...and there's some of these on the leaves AND they MOVED..!!! what do you think this is??? the only thing I have in the house is some deotomaceous earth...should I put some on the soil??

    I knew they moved...! and what does one do with this??? is it normal citrus thingy ???

    I would treat with insecticidal soap as directed on the label. An alternative is treatment with horticultural oil. The use of these two products have been discussed many times in the past.
