I have a 15' tree I have been told is a pecan. The leaves are almost all stripped off. Attached is a picture of a leaf with little critters all over it. I have been told they are dead but I am afraid my other trees can get infested with them. So far they haven't attacked anything else. No one can tell me what they are and how to treat the tree. Help!

Take that sample or better yet a fresh one to your local county agent and see what they say. barb

Thanks I will do that., actually that is the only sample I have, there aren't anymore leaves left. It was like it happened within a couple of days.

Put that one in the fridge, baggie and all, to try to stop any further decay and try to take it in on Monday. barb
