What Flower or Weed is This?

From our garden, it appears to be a weed that grows viciously throughout the yard.

It looks look one of the hawkweeds, Hieracium.

Seems to be Orange Hawkweed (Hieracium aurantiacum). A description (with poor pictures?) of this plant can be found on the BC Ministry of Agriculture's Integrated Weed Management site

 

I just ran across the street to my neigbours yard where H. aurantiacum is well established and took the attached picture. It is a threat to our garden, as it quite invasive.
