Identification: What did I just buy and how do I take care of him/her? :)

    I bought this for my cubicle at work so that there's something in here that's alive! He'll be living under fluorescent lights and a little bit of daylight. What is it called, how big will it get, how fast will it grow and how should I best take care of it?
