    Hello all,
I live in South Florida, zone 10-b. I have noticed some of the bushes of the garden has this type of "agglomerate" that look like bug-nests. Are they bug nests, if so what bug? Should I remove them before they hatch (or maybe they have already).
    Thanks.

Looks like the beginning stages of a tent-caterpillar infestation.

YES!! If you let them develop, you might lose the tree. Better to clip off the affected parts and burn them.

I tried to open some of those "nests"... You should see me, I am so scared of what may come out and jump at me!!!! I heard some cracking... and a big fly came out from underneath, not sure if this was simply trapped inside, or IS the bug nesting!
Here is what I saw: (I don't have a good sight, they may be more I didn't see!). See the pictures.
There is this tiny "jelly orange" color thing
and these about 3mm diameter balls.
I look forward to your response, in the meantime, I am going cut the rest off. But I am itching just thinking about them ah ah ah
    Thank you.

those orange things are the eggs. you definitely want to remove ALL parts of the bush that have eggs on them...the sooner the better!! you've already had some of the eggs hatch if you're seeing the start of the tent being made...and you don't want to leave things for the rest to hatch as the larvae and/or caterpillar (as it gets bigger) will dessicate the bush.
