What Asparagus disease?

    I plant asparagus from seeds and trees it often is sick,
    What is the disease and how is it treated?

    It might be Asparagus Rust disease, caused by the fungus Puccinia asparagi. There is lots of information on the Web about treatments, but I can't recommend anything specific to your part of the world.
