Just bought a new house, there are bunch Palm trees in the garden, can someone tell me what kind of palm tree are these? If you can identify other plants around the palm tree, that will be great to know as well. Thanks.

hmmm, I think I see Phormium, Buxus, Aloe vera?, Tiki torches and a Windmill palm (which could use a trim of its lower fronds...).
The other palm I was going to guess Phoenix species but after looking at a couple images I dont think the trunk is consistent.

The two other palms look like Queen palms, Syagrus romanzoffiana. The closest plant that is sticking out resembles Cycas revoluta.
