    Yes, indeed, Medicago. I was blinded by images of Ceratocephala, which is now all over our place and has very similar spiny fruits.

    Leaves are wrong. Pseudorlaya has bi-, tri-pinnatifid leaves.

    Yes, I did not enlarged the picture before and did not see that the fruits are indeed spiral, so I supposed that leaves and fruits might belong to two different plants.
