What am I?

    This plant is growing in a grassy area in woodland near a sea loch on the West Coast of Scotland.

    The leaf in picture about 7cm; the plant itself comprises a rosette of such leaves. The flowers in pictures 2 and 3 are tiny and the whole plant is around 50cm in height.

    I referred to Wild Flowers of Britain and Northern Europe by Richard and Alastair Fitter and Marjorie Blamey. It looks like whorled caraway, or Carum verticillatum.
