Identification: What Am I and how do I Propagate?

    I rescued a clipping of this beautiful vine from an office building sun room. The poor thing looked like it had been through quite a bit of mistreatment over the years but they were happy enough to let me take a snip and right now I've got it rooting in water... at least I hope it'll root in water.

    What have I procured for myself and can I propagate this way?

    That's Arrowhead Vine - Syngonium polyphyllum.
