I have a Geisha which is just budding out, it is in a good shady spot. However I am seeing some leaf tip burn all ready, I am moving it into a shade houses which absorbs 60% of the light, I hear it is very difficult to grow, so does anyone have any suggestion for its tender loving care? Oh yea, I have it in a very fast draining potting medium

I love this cultivar. I can't suggest anything in particular without seeing your tree, unfortunately. No other palmatum like this one for variegation. Hope it fares well.
