    Hi,

I am trying to Id a wetland grass. I found it in Widgeon Marsh where it is quite prolific. Characteristics are: 1-2m ht, ligule about 5mm, leaf is 1.5mm wide, I believe it is a spike with 4 florets, spiklets are 4-5cm, lemma 1.5mm, lemma awns are 25mm, it's rhizotomous and has hollow stems. I really need to take a grass Id course! Thanks for any help.

    Hello Ben,

I see you like challenges. I was going to take a quick look inside the volume of the Illustrated Flora of BC with the Poaceae, but the book is out of the library at the moment, so I'll have to check back later.
