Wet woodland floor herb

    I would greatly appreciate some guidance with this flower. It was found on the floor of a wet woodland at over 2000 m in Papallacta, Ecuador.

    Great David, spot on! In fact I have been following other trails and it is H. weddelliana in the Gentianaceae family. Thanks again for your help and confirmation.
