This is the third season with our wisteria and we still haven't had any blooms :( It grows like crazy and looks very healthy, and yet no blooms. We live in Georgetown Ontario, Canada so I think that we are in zone 6??? The main reason we planted was for the blooms. What can we do to encourage blooms, should we start over with a new plant?

Seems to be fairly common with Wisteria. I have come across several gardeners local to me (SW BC) with this issue. My personal experience is - don't fertilize near this plant (My wife calls it the "Hysteria" as it tries to eat our house every year). Don't water it, unless you have to. Prune it severely back to a few main stem with flowering spurs (if you got them). When mine gets treated well, it certainly flowers less profusely & attacks the house with more vegetative growth the next year. I have heard of people root pruning to shock them into flowering too.

Some friends of ours gave up & bought a new one after a few years. Now they have a pretty blue flowering plant that tries to eat their house, rather than a boring green leafy one.

I used to work in a garden centre and one of the proffessionals their told me that you should never buy a wisteria unless it has a flower bud on it. Sometimes the growers are so keen on getting their numers of plants for sale up they sometimes use unsuitable whips or grafting stock and that they can take 7/8/9 years or more to flower! So you could have one of these. So obviously it is better to buy one with a bud on, or in flower at the early part of the season in spring. I know this is not very helpful, but just thought i would offer my two penneth. !!
