I too have a Weeping Cypress, that i purchased last fall.
A few weeks after planting, I noticed a few brown spots here and there, which I just accounted for the trauma of planting.
Now that spring is here, the browning is spreading and I notice new growth as well, mostly green but a few of those are also turning brown. It hass been getting regular water, no mulch around the tree, in full sun. We live in Northern NC.

It seems like it might be a disease or mites? Is there anything I can try?
    I will post pictures tomorrow.

Any help will really be appreciated!

Poke around inside the rootball to make sure it is not dusty or mucky.

Did your plant end up surviving? I'm having the same issues currently with my Weeping Alaskan. Thanks
