Hello - We live in Birmingham,AL. We purchased two weeping cherry trees from Lowe's 2 years ago and every summer they begin to look like they are dying. The leaves all fold up like a canoe and turn yellow. They also display some spots on the leaves at the same time. They did bloom this spring very pretty white blooms but as soon as they fell the leaves began to fold at the margin and turn yellow again. We have thought of replanting to see if there is a "pool of water" underneath or something similar...... but would replanting cause more harm than good? They have barely grown any new branches in two years and gained almost no height. Any suggestions you may have are very welcomed! Thank YOU!

I am thinking after some research that this may be a form of cherry leaf spot? Any other suggestions?
