With a small yellow flower. Could that help ?

 

Your weed is certainly something from the Solanaceae and it looks much like Physalis, especially Physalis peruviana. I am not sure about the species, however, because your specimens look rather glabrous. You might wish to check whether there are any lookalikes in France.

 

I guess you're right ! I grew some physalis peruviana last year and let some fruits on the soil.
