No, the last one is much more "frilly" than what you suggested, unless this is just the younger version of that plant?
Well, number two exudes a milky white sap, but it looks completely different than the first plant. The first plant has very dark green leaves, and no milky substance when pulled apart. I think it's a possibility that the second plant is Matelea though!
