I have several grape vines which I put in the ground last summer. Now we are in fall and moving into winter. I would like to know how offen these vines should be watered.

    Thanks,

Double check for local input, but the general intent is to allow the plant to go dormant, so in my area and climate we cut back around Labor Day and stop completely within a few weeks of picking.

    Ralph,

Thanks for the info, this is the first year in the ground and wasn't sure, but had an idea.

Do you have fruit trees? I acquired a home with fruit trees as well and I'm not sure whether or not to stop all watering during the winter and resume in the spring. If you have any knowledge in this area I sure would appreciate it.

    Thanks again.
