Water Parsnip or Water Hemlock?

Any tips on telltale differences? Took this pix and it looks like one or the other.

The plant looks like water-hemlock, Cicuta maculata.
Differences...
Cicuta maculata, leaf blades are 1-3 times pinnately compound and the lateral leaflets have distinct stalks. Also, has purplish nodes.

water-parsnip, Berula erecta, leaf blades once pinnately compound, leaflets can be deeply lobed and leaflets are sessile or nearly so.
