Walla Walla, Back Alley plant

    I have a plant growing in the back alley of a house that I am renting. I would like to maybe purchase or transplant one, but I don't know what it is or how I should go about doing it. I have a photo, I really know nothing about it. Any help would be greatly apreciated.
