I just purchased a house and this vine keeps trying to come through my fence, I have cut it off a couple of times and it keeps coming back from the neighbors yard. Also any tips to eliminate it would be appreciated thanks.

can't tell what it is. could you get better shots of the leaves? regardless, it's an aggressive grower, that's for sure :). which doesn't mean it's undesirable, just that it needs maintaining to not get out of hand. we need to id it. if it IS something that IS undesirable (aka invasive), once you know what it is, you can speak with the neighbor about removing it. other than constantly trimming it back when it grows through your fence, the only real way to completely get rid of it is to dig it up...and you can't do that since it's on the neighbors property (unless they give permission, that is).
