I dropped your first photo to the plantnet.org's online identifier, and as a result very similar leaves were presented on their photos of A. campestre Identify, explore and share your observations of wild plants
Is this growth of leaves coming out of a stump? I am curious - has someone cut down a tree and now the twigs are growing energetically ? Acer campestre | Landscape Plants | Oregon State University
I'm not saying it's not Acer campestre, but all those deep sinuses and pointed lobe tips sure would have confused me.
Plantnet.org lists such results in the first position, when searched by the first photo of the OP: I'd say, these leaves are very similar.
It's a Field Maple Acer campestre, though one with slightly odd-shaped leaves, perhaps a seedling from a cut-leaf cultivar.
