    Looks like some kind of trumpet vine, Campsis

    Yes, I think Campsis too; perhaps 'Madame Galen', a long-time favorite.

    I'd expect a broader, pinker flower on that one.

    Just a guess. Of course you can't rely on photos for accurate colour rendering.

    Campsis radicans
    Campsis radicans
    'Flamenco'
    Campsis radicans f. flava
    and also
    Campsis grandiflora and
    Campsis × tagliabuana
