Vine with seasonal tubular flowers and pinnate leaves in Sino-Himalayan section VanDusen Botanical Garden

 

Looks like some kind of trumpet vine, Campsis

 

Yes, I think Campsis too; perhaps 'Madame Galen', a long-time favorite.

 

I'd expect a broader, pinker flower on that one.

 

Just a guess. Of course you can't rely on photos for accurate colour rendering.

 

Not 'Madame Galen', but a C. radicans cultivar.
