I started growing this plant several years ago from a clipping someone gave me. I've tried to look up common vine plants but nothing seems to match the distinctive leaf pattern of this vine (spotty with the lighter green having a shimmer to it). I'd love to know what it is!

    Welcome to the Forum!

Your plant looks like a Pothos, Epipremnum pictus 'Argyraeus'.

Hmm. Seems that Epipremnum is now Scindapsis. ???
To further befog this issue, I see both pictus and pictum are used. !!!
Am sure that one or more of our knowledgeable members will confirm the correct name of this plant!
At any rate, I say Pothos.

Fantastic, thank you! I knew it looked similar to pothos but the pictures I've seen of the most common variety (golden, I think) are too shiny and the wrong green. A quick search for "satin pothos" brings up several examples of my lovely plant.
