Vine - is it a weed or not?

    Hello everyone need your help. This is a vine that we have growing in our garden, it has beautiful flowers that turn to green berries, then red. Not sure what it is, or if the berries are edible. Please help.

    thats a type of Solanum vine, if it is a weed or not is defined by you. If you dont want it in your garden its a weed.

    Solanum dulcamara, weed, poisonous at that.

    Yep, Bittersweet Solanum dulcamara. Moderately poisonous, but not dangerously; eating one or two berries won't do any serious harm, but 5-10 might.

    Related to tomatoes. However, keep in mind that one of its names is Bittersweet Nightshade.
