Hi there, I noticed 2 different plants in my garden today, 1 is a climber with what looks to be dull green 3 or more prong leaves with elongated red berries and the other is a low laying bush with dark green 1 prong elongated pointy leaf and black berries. I live in North Delta, BC and we seems to have a lot of different plants and vines around the garden, we took them all out when we moved in but they have all sprouted back up again and not sure how to get completely rid of them. Any help would be appreciated, I cannot seem to find them anywhere online and I am unsure and very concerned if they are poisonous or not as I have an almost 2 year old boy that loves to play in the back yard. Thank you in advance :) This is the other bush, it is low laying bush with dark green 1 prong elongated pointy leaf and black berries
Bittersweet nightshade and Zabel laurel or a similar type - random seedlings can resemble named cultivars.

Thank you, neither of the plants leaves look like the ones you suggested though, maybe I can post a better pic?
*scratch head* Ron's suggestions were bang-on, I only added additional info about the poison information for each of the two.
Lol sorry :( this might be a better pic This is another pic of the other one And I just found something else similar that I'm not sure is the same as the red berry one
