    It looks like one of the knotweeds. The leaves are perhaps a bit narrow for the dreaded Japanese knotweed (Fallopia japonica), but it could well be.

    I think it is too dangerous to plant Fallopia japonica near house:) I would go with second choice Persicaria polymorpha
