I have two questions regarding two different plants.

#1:I have a peace lily and I know you should remove the spent flowers. where should I cut them off at? and how long should I wait before I do?

#2: My dad gave me his offset to his Janet Craig Draceana, and its varigated. will it stay varigated? or will it eventually get the dark green glossy leaves? All the new foliage is varigated.

Wait til the flower is definitely dead and then just cut anywhere on the stalk below it. The dracaena is most likely to stay variegated if it's in good sun all day.
