Not sure what this is as the kids and I were planting some older seeds and I didnt label them so I have no idea if its a veggie or a weed. Can someone help please.
Amaranth. You mighta planted it, but it's likely a volunteer... Amaranth is one of those super-weeds.... Resistant to round-up. They say that you can eat amaranth... I like to grow it as a trap crop for the cucumber beetles.
Lol I thought it might be a weed.. well it wont be resistant to me pulling it out by the roots. I am doing my best to stay organic :) Also thank you very much for the assistance :)
