varigated white & green ground cover (?)

    SW. Ontario, formerly North Okanagan (formerly NB)
    Leaves are about 1-2 inches long. It's growing fast and spreading all over, and now starting to flower...

    This stuff is aggressively invasive and nearly impossible to get rid of. My next-door neighbor planted it...and now it fills MY (ex-) flower bed!
