In The Garden: vancouver suburb - fast growing thing

    Vancouver, BC, Canada
    This fast growing, large leafed plant sprang up this spring. In May was about 8-10 feet tall & had white flowers; now it's even taller & has small red berries.

    Growing in a small wooded area, up a slope from a creek.
