Just wondering what this is exactly. Evergreen here in Vancouver. Berries turn red eventually. Would like to get more of it as it's very tolerant of transplanting, shade and competition from other larger trees. Edit: the ones we have are about 6-7 ft tall.
Aucuba japonica. Cuttings of mature current season growth root easily if placed in water indoors. Otherwise it is usually represented by various horticultural forms at full sized independent garden centers.
Thankyou!! We have a huge spotted/variegated form a few feet from these ones but just never noticed it's really the same plant.
