Identification: Valentine Flower/plant, what is it?

I received this, once again no name tag, just a tag saying to keep soil moist. Anyone know the names of this flower? Thanks !! :D

Commonly offered and frequently asked about on sites like this one. However, I'm not sure I've seen that particular color before - many are red, orange or yellow.

 

Ron this one is pink. Would you know if that can be kept and re-flowered at home?
