I have this huge plant growing beside my outdoor lighting that has fern-like leaves with snapdragon-like yellow flowers. The hummers and bees are enjoying it but I cannot find anything that identifies it. It is about 7ft high, the leaves are delicate and smooth. I have enclosed pictures, one to show the height, two show the flowers and one I am holding the leaves up to show underneath. They do not have any hairs, the main stem is thick and green. I live in zone 7, we have had heavy drought this summer but this area gets a watering every day. Please help! I want to know what this is and should I leave it alone or try to get rid of it? Thanks.
