    Chrysanthemum coronarium came to my mind, however, members of the Asteraceae family are pretty hard to identify just by their flowers, so I would just refer to it as another case of DYC.

    May you have more pictures about this plant? Seeing the foliage would help a lot.

    Tetraneuris acaulis?
    Coreopsis lanceolata is another possibility.
