Identification: Unknown Plant

    My brother brought home this plant that he found in a house he is renting out. He said no one was watering it or anything so he gave it to me to take care of. I've been wondering what it is for a while now.

    Maybe it is some sort of citrus?

    Thanks to anyone who would have an idea,

    Capsicum was my first thought as well. Looks like flowers forming, that would solidify the ID.
